  • To all clients, please complete your intake forms prior to your appointment.

  • - All first time clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment for us to go over your intake forms.

  • No call, no shows result in denial of further services.

  • If needed, rescheduling/rebooking appointments should be done within 12-24 hours of your appointment time.

  • Quiet appointments are available per your request. Sometimes we all need a moment of silence and place of peace. Please take this time to relax.

  • All first responders receive 10% with a valid form of identification.

FAQs

  • Facials are generally recommended every 4-6 weeks to maintain healthy skin and also monitor any changes; however more frequent visits may be needed for skin concerns like acne or hormonal changes.

  • Two to three times a week is recommended, but it’s also based on your skin type.

  • ABSOLUTELY YES!

    Sunscreen helps to protect your skin from the suns UV rays, which cause skin damage.

    If your in the sun for an extended amount of time, make sure to reapply as needed or instructed.

  • We use professional products, and take pride in our product/treatment knowledge, and sanitation here at JP’S Esthetic. If you break out after a facial, your skin could be purging impurities after being deeply cleaned. If you feel as though it could be something else, reach back out to our provider to discuss further skin concerns/breakouts.
